Woburn Apt (Summer Tenant May-Aug) (Shared Housing)

This is an apartment that is in a quiet neighborhood in Woburn. The area is very nice, you will need a car though. It is roughly a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Medford campus of Tufts. Its about 25-45 minutes usually to downtown during business hours... commuting. I will be finishing up my PhD and am looking to fill my room from May-Aug (possibly longer if you are interested). You would likely have the possibility to stay on for a new full-term lease. The landlords live next door and keep to themselves but are responsive when we need something.

The apartment is a 2BR, 1 bath. You will be in the downstairs bedroom and will have a roommate who lives upstairs (Samuel). Samuel is quiet and respectful and is busy at campus most of the time getting his PhD in mechanical engineering. A great roommate. The apartment has a washer and dryer a nice living room, kitchen, patio, etc. Heat, electric, gas are included and there is an AC unit in the kitchen. I believe the landlord is installing some new ac units soon as well.

I will be moving across the country and will have some shelves, a portable AC unit, a TV, some lights, a desk, a bed, and bed frame that we could possibly work something out to sell them to you or give you some of the stuff if you need any furniture. Read More
