Hi everyone! I'm subletting a room in a lovely 4 bed / 1 bath apartment in Somerville, MA right outside Tufts from June to August 31, 2026 (flexible start date). Looking for female identifying... applicants and is relatively clean and respectful of shared spaces.

Rent: $1,250/month + utilities & WiFi (typically $50–$200/month, usually on the lower end during summer) -- rent is negotiable
