Sweet 1 Bedroom for Summer Sublet in Somerville

I’m subletting my front room in a charming Somerville house this summer, available from June through August. The room is bright and airy, with tons of natural light thanks to large front-facing windows, and there's plenty of space for a desk... (included), dresser, and more. Bed and bed frame included, as well as numerous items of furniture. Located at 13 Upland Road, it’s part of a cozy downstairs 3-person unit with nicely tiled floors, a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and disposal), a living room with a comfy spacious couch, and on-site laundry. There's a nice patio with chairs and a table looking out onto the lovely neighborhood and a small outdoor space for enjoying the warmth. The apartment is in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just down the block from Tufts campus and a very short walk to the Green Line Metro station, as well as a short walk from Davis Square and the Red Line Metro station. Rent is $1275 a month plus utilities. Open to negotiation. <3
