Summer sublet, 7-minute walk from campus, $800 rent per month

62 Woods Avenue is located past the rainbow steps and is about a 5–7-minute walk to the back of Carmichael Hall. The property is newly renovated, with the bathrooms and kitchen having updated, modern features. The unit is upstairs, with 5 total... bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Laundry is NOT coin-operated and is located INSIDE the unit. This is a summer sublet. One person is confirmed to be staying over the summer, but the other 4 bedrooms are currently free. Rent is $800, which is lower than average for the area which is around $1200-$1300. We can come to an agreement about utilities, in which I may pay for them depending on what we decide. The rooms are currently unfurnished, but we can come to an agreement on how to furnish the room by June 1 if that is something you want. The unit comes with a parking spot and is not pet friendly. The unit is fully open for the summer, but the sublet must come to an end by September 1, 2026.
