Summer - Furnished 1-bedroom apt all Included

Available June 1st -Aug 25, 2026 only for one student or intern (no couples or shares). All Furniture (as shown), All Utilities, private washer and dryer and WIFI are included. This is a quiet academic house. House rules with limited guests apply.... International Students are welcomed.

This apt is a ground level apt located four houses to the Tufts Campus on Capen Street. The apt includes a large eat-in kitchen with all dishes, cookware, microwave and small appliances provided. A private washer and dryer is located the kitchen. No storage is provided. One bike can be stored in the garage. Street parking only. There is a $150 cleaning fee used at end of summer lease period.

The house has a large outdoor patio, and a large enclosed front porch for study or reading. A phone interview is required along with college references.
