Spacious Bedroom in 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Condo Apartment close to Tufts, Davis Square, i-93

Hi All!



We are looking for a roommate to join us in a 3 bed 2.5 bath condo apartment in Teele Square. The lease is 9/1/2025-8/31/2026. It is about a 10 minute walk to Davis square (access to red line). There are buses at the top and bottom of... the hill (77, 87, 88, and 89). Easy access to Route 2 and I-93. Overall it's pretty commuter friendly.



The upstairs is 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a full tub, and a shared closet in the hall. The first floor entry level of the apartment consists of a living room, half bath, kitchen, and a deck. There is a washer and a dryer in the downstairs room in the basement. To access the laundry room, you would have to go through the downstairs bedroom. We just send a text when we want to do laundry to make sure it's all good. Downstairs you can also access the little backyard.



About us:

Courtney is a 30 year old woman who works full time in Medford, has 2 bunnies, enjoys gardening and plants, and goes roller skating!

Tolu is a 24 year old man who is a PhD student at Tufts. He enjoys playing video games(FIFA) and working out.



We don't hang out together too often because our schedules don't line up much but we occasionally will chat in the common areas!

We're looking for someone that is chill and will help with chores (trash and recycling, dishes/dishwasher, vacuuming, sweeping) and keep the common areas clean. The common areas are already furnished.

LGBTQ+ friendly and very nice neighbors.



Total rent for the place is $3400. We are asking $1092/month for the upstairs room.



We split utilities (gas, electric and internet) evenly three ways which usually ranges from $80-$130 a month. Asking for first month's rent and security deposit equal to one months rent to sign the lease. The landlord will also run a background check.
