First floor contains a large dining/living space area and kitchen with full amenities, plus a communal printer. The kitchen is fully furnished, including communal equipment and an espresso machine. The 8-person dining room table and couch will be kept in living room spaces. One of the available rooms is on the bottom floor, the second is on the top floor. Responsive landlord, subletting allowed. The security deposit is 495/person, and there is a $350/person broker fee.
