Room for rent over the summer close to Tufts Campus and Davis Square

I am a senior graduating from Tufts this spring and I won't be in Boston for the summer so I am looking for someone to sublet my room from June 1st to August 31st.

Apartment details: it is a comfortable room located on the 3rd floor of the upstairs... unit of a multi-family home. It is a four person unit, and there will be three other guys in their early twenties also living in the apartment during the summer (all good, reliable, friendly, respectful roommates). The apartment is fully furnished with all necessities. Washer/dryer is new and was replaced within the last three years. Electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal in sink, central A/C and heating. Hard wood floors in the kitchen on the 2nd floor of the house, nice carpet on the 3rd floor living room and in the bedroom.

Rent: $1250 per month plus utilities (gas, electric, and wifi). Utilities are split evenly amongst all roommates.

Location: Located on College Avenue less than a five minute walk from Tufts' Medford/Somerville campus and a thirty second walk from Powderhouse Square. Approximately six minute walk from Ball Square T stop on the Green line. Ten minute walk from Davis Square and the Davis Square Red line T stop.

Parking: Does not include parking, but the house is located close to Tufts campus parking lots which have relatively affordable permit parking. I have used these lots for the past 18 months and been generally satisfied.
