ROOM:
1) Large room for $1000 on the 2nd floor. The room contains a double sized bed with nightstand and lamp, a... desk and chair, and a floor lamp. Available after Aug 1 and into the fall. It is depicted in the 1st 3 pictures on this ad.

PEOPLE: We try to keep a mix of men & women. Currently 3 guys. A guy from India getting his Tufts PhD in Physics, a guy from Vietnam getting his Tufts PhD in Maths, a caretaker/landlord, and person(s) TBD (maybe you?). Starting in the fall, a woman from Japan attending the Fletcher School will be joining us. Discussions about current events in the kitchen; music (including drumming) played in (mostly) sound-proofed room in basement many afternoons and evenings. Keep kitchen free of dirty dishes; not a party house.

HOUSE: Two full and one half baths. New fridge and gas stove. 2nd fridge in dining room. Large living room. Free washer and dryer. Front balcony accessed through the living room - step outside, rain or shine. Large back patio. (On-street permit parking plentiful.) No smoking of any kind or burning candles in this old wooden house. (Seriously, just go outside on the porch or patio.)

TERMS: First and last to move in; no fee or security deposit. Shared elec, gas, internet, and housecleaning has been about $170/mo. on average.

WHERE: 12-min walk to Fletcher/Tufts, Near Teele Square, Stop and Shop, Whole Foods, and restaurants/convenience store; walk or short bus to Davis on 87 or 88 - 2 stops to Harvard Sq; 4 to Kendall.

YOU: Please tell us your program at Tufts, how long you expect to live in the house, if you have a car, if you need storage in the basement, amount of socializing you like with roommates. And please provide link to LinkedIn profile if possible.
