Amenities include: walk-in pantry, smoke-free, de-leaded, wi-fi, and spacious bike shed. Brand new windows were installed in winter 2025. This well-insulated and well-maintained apartment has affordable central air conditioning. You can have a room either partially furnished or unfurnished, same price.

Located 5 minutes from 574 Boston Ave and the Science & Technology Center, 4 Colby Street. Also, less than a mile’s walk from either Davis Square or Porter Square. Drive a mile & half to Wegman's Grocery store in Meadow Glen Mall or 6 minutes to Interstate 93. You can park congestion-free on the street with a $10 annual City residency sticker.
