Victorian-period details like hardwood floors, high ceilings with crown mouldings, and stained glass windows grace this historic building. The private bathroom is newly renovated with decorative tiles and shower. The kitchenette, in a separate room, is equipped with a small dining table, refrigerator, microwave and toaster ovens, sink with disposal, two electric burners; pots and pans, cutlery, plates and cups. The suite has access to a shared balcony, also with panoramic view of hillside and harbor. The house has 2 other suites, and the landlord lives on the premises. Your suite is accessed via a shared hallway, and has locks. The house is in a charming Victorian neighborhood high on a hill with big trees, ten minutes walk from Savin Hill Station on the Red Line, 15 minutes walk from Savin Hill beach. We are near both river and beach biking trails, and the bike ride to BU Medical area is only 15 minutes. We are also near the world-famous Museum of Bad Art, the Kennedy Museum and Library, and UMass Boston. There is no smoking allowed inside house or on porches or behind house. No animals with fur allowed. Discounts for multi-month rentals (must end by 4/1/2026).
