Porter Square - Private Furnished Room Condo (Shared Housing)

Single furnished room with french designer TIPTOE shelving, desk and chair. Shared adjacent bathroom and washer/dryer near the room. Comfortable size condo (3 bedrooms & 2 ½ bathrooms) in newly renovated two family unit. Backyard sitting area and... easy walks to Porter, Davis and Harvard Square, coffee shops and the many interesting shops and restaurants within a short jaunt. The condominium is shared with the owner Charles (he/him), who is busy teaching yoga, involved in writing projects and is a full time science/software staff member at the Harvard-Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. The third bedroom is occupied by a young woman working hard on her Harvard PhD in Chemistry.

Looking to rent for the Spring 2026 starting in January and availability to extend through the summer 2026 and beyond. Will consider full year and semester long leases.
