Hello! My name is Ernestina. My roommate and I are looking to sublet our apartment on a Sunny top floor one... bedroom in a 2-bedroom / shared bathroom apartment with amazing views of Olmstead Pond and Leverett Park. Two-minute walk to the Green Line T with easy access to Longwood Medical Area and Back Bay. Large bedroom. Tons of windows and sunlight. High ceilings. Gleaming hardwood floors. Ample storage and closet space.
Recently painted and renovated with new tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, disposal, kitchen appliances, bathroom vanity, and toilet. Upgraded electricity to 100AMP service with a new panel.
Responsive and gracious landlord. Professionally managed building. Rent includes heat and hot water. Landlord's policy does not allow pets (negotiable).
All rooms have spacious closets(see room outline in pictures) The bathroom will be shared between the two of you and there’s a Kitchen (with a pantry and ample storage). The living room is furnished or can be furnished as you’d like, also has dining table and a tv)
The rent is $1400+ utilities (electricity, gas, and internet come to around $70 per person) and will be split.
