Looking for one female roommate to fill a three bedroom apartment (Shared Housing)

We are two graduate students at Tufts looking for a third roommate to fill our three bedroom apartment as our third roommate is graduating. We have lived here for four years, so that goes to show how much we like the apartment. The location is... fantastic. About a 10 minute walk to Medford/Tufts green line, bus stop across the street, and walkable to Tufts campus. The apartment is very clean, and the landlord is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. We also have a living room and screened in porch in the back. There is laundry in the basement.

We are two very busy graduate students, so we tend to keep to ourselves in general. We split the chores to keep the apartment tidy and usually do a deep clean every few months. We don't usually have large gatherings or parties besides the occasional dinner party or study session.
