We are looking for a final 4th roommate to fill a room on the top floor of our newly renovated, cozy home. We are 3 female grad students at Tufts University, and we are preferably looking to bring in another student!
Our unit is located on the 2nd... and 3rd floors of a duplex, with access to a personal outdoor balcony. Our apartment boasts spacious off-street parking, in-unit laundry, a full kitchen with new appliances, hardwood floors, and lots of natural lighting. Additionally, the unit offers free and quick maintenance year round and free driveway servicing/clearing in the winter.
The unit available is a private room with access to an individual full bathroom. The room available will not come furnished. The remainder of the duplex is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of new appliances. Additional photos beyond the listing can be provided upon request!
Our unit is within walking distance to Tufts University, the green line, and bus stops. It is also close (5 min or less drive) to grocery stores, shopping centers, and red and orange line access points.
