We're subletting our art-filled apartment as we will be out of the country for work. It's two floors of a stunning, Victorian home built in the 1870s, and beautifully decorated with antiques, original art-work, and hand-knotted carpets. Two rooms... have been set up as bedrooms and two are home offices (essentially a two-bedroom). It has a sunny living room, separate formal dining room, cozy kitchen, a private balcony, dedicated washer/dryer, and a shared yard. The apartment comes with a parking space. It is ideally located, around the corner from Spy Pond (and beautiful biking/running trail), which is visible from the deck. It is within walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, and a gym. Security deposit requested plus electricity and gas. Sorry no pets.
