Great apartment back on market. Large, sunny, seven room, third floor, three or four bedroom apartment. The house is located diagonally across from the rainbow stairs, adjacent to main campus at the corner of Capen and Winthrop/Curtis street. The... apartment has is a living room, dining room, entrance area, three or four bedrooms, and front and rear porches. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, a gas stove, and room for a table and chairs. There are hardwood floors throughout. Washer and dryer in basement. There is no smoking or offensive parties allowed. There are undergrads living in the 1st and 2nd floors.

The price quoted is for three people. Price for four is $4,000 per month. Utilities are not included — gas for cooking and hot water, oil for heating, and electricity.

House is located steps from Wrenn Hall, two blocks from Boston Ave. stores and bus stop. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Davis Square. Green line is about a five or six minute walk.

Sorry for the quality of the photos. The apartment definitely shows much better in person.
