Bedroom available Duplex (Shared Housing)

Looking for a fourth roommate to join our household. Our current roommate just graduated and is moving away for work. We’re very sad to see him go, but maybe you’ll be a perfect fit! We’re all queer and a bit nerdy. Our ideal roommate is a good... communicator and willing to put in the effort to keep common areas clean and welcoming. If we all get on well, there will be an opportunity to renew at the end of the lease.

The room is roughly 12 x 18 feet. For reference, the bed in the photo is a full, but a queen would easily fit.

No smoking indoors (due to health reasons, but we also don’t want the apartment to smell)
No cats or dogs. The landlord does not allow pets and I already have an ESA (a cat) who does not get along with other animals (but loves people). Terrarium/caged pets would probably not be an issue, but would need to be approved by the landlord.
No couples. Sorry, we don’t want to share the only bathroom with five people!

Location:
Conveniently right beside a 80/94 bus stop, a 5 minute walk from a 96, and 10 mins from the Medford/Tufts Green Line station. Davis Square is a 15 mins away by bus. There is a Whole Foods just a 10 minute walk away, and Stop & Shop 15 minutes. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and corner stores nearby.

Accessibility:
Large set of steps leading up to the front porch. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a two family home and the available bedroom is on the 3rd floor. All floors are only accessible via stairs.

Fel, 34 (they/them): Currently working as a receptionist, loves reading, horror movies, and drawing/painting. Trying to be a plant parent with mixed results.
Anna, 28 (she/her): software engineer/grad student double trouble. Loves literature and hyper fixates on everything. Will turn anything into a DIY project.
Minerva, 24 (she/her): Tufts grad student studying math. Loves to listen to and write music, read, and occasionally watch films. Enjoys learning languages and speaks decent Japanese!
Lily (she/her): Fel’s ESA, a very talkative calico cat who absolutely loves people. She’s very affectionate, cuddly, and drools when she’s happy <3
