The unit is located in the South End near the Boston Medical Center Campus,... located closely to multiple bus stops and the Silver Line. It has a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and central A/C and heat, as well as floorboard heaters if needed. It is located on the second floor of a three-story brownstone. There is street parking available with a neighborhood parking permit (free) and a parking spot behind the building that I (Gabby) would be continuing to use through the next year. Lots of good food nearby and is a generally safe area :). Bedroom is available with current furniture if desired (for free), but my roommate will also handle clearing out the space if it is not desired!
