5 Minute walk to Tufts Apartment with Sunset View Balcony

This is a third-story apartment on Raymond Ave, a 5-minute walk from the lower campus. You'd be sharing the space with three other Tufts students who are all very tidy and friendly. The place is fully furnished, and all of the furniture photographed... in the room will stay.

The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, and everything you might need.

I've lived here for the past year and a half and the feature of this place is the front porch, it doesn't look like much right now because its cold as heck but its stunning in the summer.

There is free laundry (washer and dryer) in the basement, accessible through the back stairwell.

The rent is $1400 plus utilities, which are usually around $80.
