Small 3-bedroom, 2 bath Cape in Lexington, MA fully furnished home available for the Fall 2025 semester. Good access to many schools and universities by car or public transportation. Near the Minuteman Bike Path. Ideal for a small family or a... professional couple. Quiet neighborhood near Hanscom Airbase (airplanes may fly overhead, sometimes you hear distant reveille in the evenings).

The house has an office with a monitor and standing desk, plus two bedrooms each with a desk (one with another standing desk and monitor). There's a finished, freshly painted basement with new floors that is set up as a media room and guest room. The large room served as the playroom for my kids, and another area is set up for crafts with a desk and tables. A small backyard and patio is a good play area (plus a family of rabbits).

It's possible to commute from here - with many options. The 62 bus is a short walk on Bedford Street. I found it best to park my car in all day parking on Massachusetts Ave near the town center (across from the Slocum Road stop) where you can catch the 62 or 76 to Alewife, enabling more flexibility. Or you can drive and park at Alewife and catch the Red Line to Harvard or beyond (eg Berklee). It's also about an hour bike ride to Harvard or Tufts. Brandeis is a 20-40 minute drive depending on traffic. Babson or Olin (where I work) is a 25-45 minute drive.
