2-room dwelling in a family home in Union Square - Minutes from Harvard, MIT and Tufts!

My two teenaged children (and two cats) and I live in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood in Somerville and have a 3rd floor in our single-family home that we’d like to rent out to a relatively quiet, kind individual. We are located steps away from... historic Prospect Hill Park and the Gilman and Union Square Green Line stops. Quick and easy access to Harvard, MIT and Tufts.

The space is private, separated from the rest of the house by a lockable door at the bottom of the staircase. You will have sole access to two rooms providing approximately 350 sq/ft. for living, working and sleeping. Can be provided partially furnished or unfurnished.

We will share 1.5 baths, a large kitchen and laundry. Feel free to join us in our living and dining rooms. There is a nicely sized yard, gas grill and even a basketball hoop and trampoline, if you are so inclined!

My kids split their week between my house and their father's. When they are home, 39 Greenville is not the quietest household, but it is a warm and good humored one. This isn't an ideal situation for everyone, but I am hoping to find someone who is CORI-checked, considerate, communicative, responsible, drama-free and enthusiastic about making it work.
