Two family home right across the street from campus (overlooking Lewis Hall). Apartment is the upper two floors of a three floor house. Living Room, dining room, eat in kitchen and full-bath on main floor. 4 bedrooms, laundry and second full-bath... on upper floor. Front and back balconies and lots of light.

One bedroom available for sublet for the remainder of the Spring Semester. Lease ends on May 31. Subletter has opportunity to continue renting for the next academic year: June 1 2026 to May 31, 2027. Current renters are three male juniors at Tufts.

Rent is currently $1400 per resident but will sublet for Feb - May for $1000 per month. Bedroom is furnished with dresser, shelves, desk, small rug and bed which will remain during sublet period. Willing to provide option to purchase furniture if subletter decides to stay in the apartment next year starting in June.
