THE APARTMENT
Very sunny apartment with two private entrances, a large screened-in balcony that is... great for hanging out, a big kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and on-site laundry in the basement. It’s officially a 1-bath apartment, but there’s an additional well-renovated bathroom with shower in the basement. We have LOTS of storage space too. We also have access to a wonderful backyard. Window ACs are provided by the landlord.
The available room (pictured) has two windows and is very sunny. It fits a queen bed and desk comfortably, with space for a dresser in addition to the closet if needed. We also have a bonus room with a desk and lots of windows that is ideal to use as a work from home office, as I have, rather than having a desk inside your room. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

LOCATION:
The location is excellent — a short walk or bike to Union, Harvard, Porter, and Davis Squares. The Red and Green Lines are both accessible. Market Basket is very close (8 minute walk).

PARKING:
Parking is available for up to two cars (there’s a driveway and plenty of street parking).

ROOMMATES:
You’d be living with two friendly, relaxed male roommates in their mid twenties. One works on the product-side of an AI foundry at Harvard, the other works on the back-end of a coffee company. It’s a relaxed, respectful, and clean household — we’re social but also value having a calm home environment.

UTILITIES: average about $100- $150/month (gas heat, electric, internet — water is covered).
