We’re looking for one subletter, with the option to renew the lease in our sunny, three bedroom, one bathroom apartment located right off of Ball... square. The apartment is on the first floor, but there are several steps up to the front door. The room is charming, with a window seat and plenty of sunlight. Rent is $1233/month and utilities are $50-$100 a month. Ideally we are looking for a Subletter from June 15 - Aug 31, but are very flexible on dates so please reach out!

Ayden 26M (moving out on September 1st), mechanical engineer and loves biking, isn’t home very often and mostly keeps to his room when he is.
Jules 26F Likes working out, rock climbing, baking and has a sweet black lab named Bernie. If you resigned the lease, you would be signing with Jules.
Bernie 8 (doggo) Likes long walks and easily distracted by squirrels
Jules will be looking for two roommates come September, so if you sublet and have a friend you’d like to live with, that might be possible!
