square. The apartment is on the first floor, but there are several steps up to the front door. The room is charming, with a window seat and plenty of sunlight. Rent is $1233/month and utilities are $50-$100 a month. Ideally we are looking for a Subletter from June 15 - Aug 31, but are very flexible on dates so please reach out!

Jules 26F Likes working out, rock climbing, baking and has a sweet black lab named Bernie. If you resigned the lease, you would be signing with Jules.
Bernie 8 (doggo) Likes long walks and easily distracted by squirrels
Jules will be looking for two roommates come September, so if you sublet and have a friend you’d like to live with, that might be possible!
