SUMMER SUBLET with option for FULL-YEAR LEASE - Close to Davis Sq, Tufts Campus, Red Line T Stop

Hello!

I am an about-to-graduate Fletcher student. I am looking for someone to fill my room for a summer sublet for the months of June, July and August, with the option of taking over the 12 month lease starting September 1st. The room is $1400 per...
month plus utilities, which are usually between $50-$60. The total month's rent is $4,650, split between 3 people. Some rooms are larger than the others and thus people pay different rates.

The unit (apartment) is located on the third floor of the building, and very close to great places. It is only a three minute walk to Davis Square/The Red Line T Stop, around a 15 minute walk to the Tufts Campus, and stone throw away from the Somerville (Minuteman Bike Path). While it is close to the action of Davis Square, the street is very quiet.

While the room might seem expensive, it comes with many great features, such as:
-Central Air (Both A/C and Heat)
-One closet
-Windows with natural light
-A private porch and rear-stair case entry
-Lots of privacy from the rest of the unit

The unit has state of the art kitchen amenities (microwave, dish-washer, oven), an in-unit washer and dryer, and central heat and air - although not needed for the summer. Additionally, we have access to the share basement, which we share with the two other units, which has lots of space for storage. The utilities that are not included are: Internet, gas and electric.

A little bit about me and your possible roommates:

I am a 30 year old graduate student at the Fletcher School about to graduate, and my roommate is a younger professional and also a full-time student, who is 20 years old. Our 3rd roommate is in his mid 30's and is a working professional. We are both clean, tidy and respectful.
