Summer sublet for 1bd in 3bd/2ba near Lechmere and Kendall Sq
Hi everyone! I am looking for a female to sublet my room in a 3bd/2ba starting from 7/1 until 8/31. There is an option to join the lease renewal following the sublet (9/1/25-8/31/26). Move-in can be flexible! Rent is $1400 which includes heat, water,... sewage. Internet and electricity are usually less than $100 pp/month. The unit has free in-unit washer and dryer as well! You will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.
I do plan to move out all furniture before 6/15, however, can keep the mattress, mattress frame, and the A/C unit there until 8/31.
The apartment is located around .5mi (~10 min walk) to the Lechmere green line stop and around .5mi (~10min walk) to the Kendall/MIT red line stop. It is also around a 10min walk from a Star Market, Marshall’s, Dollar General, Dunkin, and Roche Brothers Market.
My roommates are some of the sweetest and amazing individuals ever! One of them (F/23) is a grad student, and you will be sharing a bathroom with her. The other roommate (F/26) is a working professional with a hybrid schedule (in person 2x a week). In their free time, they both love to explore the city, try new restaurants, and love to read!!
Please DM me if you’re interested in the space, and I would be happy to connect you with my two roommates and set up a time to tour the unit!
