Summer sublet close to Tufts and Teele

Hello!

I’m a current Fletcher student and I’ll be away for the summer. I’m looking for someone to sublet my room starting mid-May and ending mid/late-August (specific dates are flexible). The rent is $1000 per month plus utilities (~$30 per month)...
and wifi (~$25 per month). Coin or phone app operated washer/dryer in basement ($2 per load). In-window AC unit.

The apartment is on the third floor of a three unit house, and has a private front and back porch. There are two other bedrooms—one roommate will be a graduating Fletcher student and the other will also be a subletter. The apartment has one bathroom, a living/dining room, kitchen and pantry, and entryway.

It is on a quiet street and is very close to Tufts (~7 min walk to the Fletcher building), Teele square (~10 mins walk), and Davis square (~20 mins walk to the red line). It is also close to a Stop n Shop (~10 min walk).

I’m looking for someone who is clean and neat, good at communicating, and respectful. Female-identifying preferred.
