Sept 1st! 5 bedroom Apartment available near the Fletcher school, quarterly cleaning included!

Looking for a 5 roommates to share a 5 bedroom apartment in a nice area of Somerville near the Tufts Fletcher School. The Bedrooms may be on the second or third floor and due to be available by September 1st with a one year lease.

This conveniently... located apartment on 2 floors had the kitchen remodeled in 2018. The third floor tiled shower and vanity have also been recently remodeled. This apartment has been rented to Tufts students for over a decade and past tenant references are available.

The current 5 tenants have graduated and are moving on in their careers, it's been a pleasure having them at the apartment! The lease runs until August 29, 2027. It's never been a party house so studying has always been the priority.

Cleaners will come by quarterly to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen, included in the rent price. Utilities of gas, electricity and cable are split between all roommates so they are very reasonable.

NOTE: The bedrooms are not furnished.

It's a 10-minute walk to the Fletcher school and a 20-minute walk to Davis Square. The Bus stop to Davis Square and Tufts is 2 blocks away.
