Room near campus, share w/ two young males (one professional & one Tufts grad student)

I am posting today for a third male tenant who would like to take my place on a lease ending Aug 31, 2025 with potential for renewal. The third bedroom is available in a house that is close to campus (10-minute walk, a little over 1/2 mile from... Tufts). You will be joining two males who are already committed to the lease ending in August 31, 2025 with potential for renewal. One roommate is a young professional with a career in software sales who has been living here for several years and likes the property. The other roommate is a graduate student in philosophy at Tufts and likes the property, too. In addition to the bedroom, you would have a relatively large office with excellent light. As well, there is a den and an eat-in kitchen. If you drive, there is off-street parking available. Location is 1 mile from Davis Square, & 1 mile from Route 93. The new Green Line subway that goes to Tufts University stops at Ball Square, which is a 5-minute walk. The third spot is now available because my plans have changed, not related to the property. Below are some details pertaining to the lease.

* 1 Bedroom and 1 office available (come together as a package), Living Room, Dining Nook, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom (not ideal but has not been a huge issue).


* The rooms and layout of the house are more spacious compared to others in Medford/Somerville that I've visited which allows for three guys to live comfortably here


* Free Washer/Dryer in basement


* Nice Backyard, quiet neighborhood with lots of dog walkers heading for Tufts Park.
