The room is available again from Aug 25th, 2025 for one Tufts Graduate Student only with a 12 month individual room rental lease. Located four houses to Tufts Campus and... includes all utilities, all furniture, wifi, laundry, plus private half bath and attic, with window AC for the summer.

This fully furnished room is located in a fully furnished four bedroom apartment, shared with three Tufts Graduate Students (co-ed). This is a quiet academic house with house rules. Quiet hours and limited guests apply. International students are welcome.

The apt includes a large eat-in kitchen with all appliances, dishes and cookware provided along with washer and dryer. The apt includes a first-floor reading area, a large enclosed front porch with seating/table, and an outdoor patio with outdoor seating. Street parking only. A parking pass can be used only during the summer to park on Capen Street. No storage is provided. One bike can be stored in the garage.

No in-person house visits are provided -- see virtual tour (enclosed). A phone interview is required along with college or intern references.
