Brookline Coolidge Corner Apartment

Hello, my room is going to be available on July 1, 2025 for a year lease with three other roommates in a shared apartment in Brookline, Massachusetts near Coolidge Corner. The cost will be $1115 dollars per month for one bedroom. There is one... bathroom that is shared in the apartment with three other roommates. This is for a one year lease, to be signed with the landlord in addition to a roommate agreement document.

I am looking for a person (early 30s to late 20s) to join my 3 other roommates a 1 bed 1 bath apartment starting July 1st for a year-long lease. The apartment is in the heart of Coolidge Corner. The place is a 5 minute walk from the Coolidge Greenline T-station, steps away from Stop & Shop and Traders Joe’s, and has an in-unit washer dryer (no quarters for you!). The apartment also has central AC and heating and opportunities for parking a car if that interests you.

We are three women (27, 30, and 31) with two of us in the psychology field. We love cozy movie nights with tea, baking and cooking together, being kind to one another, and going on adventures. Amber is an avid cyclist who loves brain science, botany, and her cat, Raisin (15 yrs) whose health and safety is top priority (Raisin must be the single pet and is immunocompromised, so her health is really important.) Annarose loves trying new restaurants, watching movies, thrift shopping, and being in nature.

Utilities (gas, electric, and wifi) range from $120-$180 a month split between four people. We are all very clean, quiet, respectful individuals (no loud parties, drinking, or smoking from us). We are looking for a like minded person to join our cozy home!

Please DM with a bit about yourself if interested. Thank you!
