Looking for one housemate to join us in a spacious 4bed 1bath apartment on the second and third floor in neighborhood house on a quiet street in Somerville — less than 5 minute walk from Tufts campus (great for grad students like us) and 10... minute walk from Davis Square (Red Line) and Ball Square (Green Line) stops. Bedroom available is on the third floor -- our current housemate is graduating from a Tufts masters program. The bedroom is very spacious, facing away from the street, and has a walk-in closet. The unit has two living rooms, recently renovated kitchen, free in-house laundry, a storage room, front porch and street parking. Your rent would be 1000 + utilities.
