Excellent roommates off to new adventures, so 2 rooms available for the summer and beyond in large comfortable house. Move in dates are flexible.

ROOM:
1) Large room for $980 on 2nd floor. Walk in closet, across from full bath. Furnishings include... queen bed, dresser, desk and chair, side table, lamps, sink in room. Available after June 1.

2) Mid-sized room for $960 on 2nd floor. Furnishings include twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, side table, lamps. Available after May 15.

PEOPLE: Tufts PhD in economics, caretaker/landlord, 2nd year Fletcher student, a Biology researcher, and person TBD (maybe you?). Terrific roommates leaving for new adventure. Discussions about current events in the kitchen; music (including drumming) played in (mostly) sound-proofed room in basement many afternoons and evenings. Keep kitchen free of dirty dishes; not a party house. Follow Tufts Covid protocols, including vaccines, masks, etc.

HOUSE: Two full and one half baths. New fridge and gas stove. 2nd fridge in dining room. Large living room. Free washer and dryer. Front porch/balcony accessed through the living room - step outside, rain or shine. Large back patio. (On-street permit parking plentiful.) No smoking of any kind or burning candles in this old wooden house. (Seriously, just go outside on the porch or patio.)

TERMS: First and last to move in; no fee or security deposit. Shared elec, gas, internet, and housecleaning has been about $170/mo. on average.

WHERE: 12-min walk to Fletcher/Tufts, Near Teele Square, Stop and Shop, Whole Foods, and restaurants/convenience store; walk or short bus to Davis on 87 or 88 - 2 stops to Harvard Sq; 4 to Kendall.

YOU: Please tell us your program at Tufts, how long you expect to live in the house, if you have a car, if you need storage in the basement, amount of socializing you like with roommates, and if you think covid is a hoax. :-) Please provide link to LinkedIn profile if possible.
