2 Bedrooms available in a 4bed2bath apartment close to Tufts

We are two 5th year PhD students looking to add two new roommates to our 4bed2bath apartment.

The rent for the whole unit is $4200 and so per head it is $1050 straight 4-ways split. The upfront fees include a security deposit of $850 and for some... reasons a broker fee of $750. The common areas include decently furnished living room, kitchen, porch and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the third floor and unfortunately it is not very accessible. The laundry and dryer units are shared among all three floors and are in the basement. We also get a storage room in the basement.

It is at a walkable distance from Tufts, about 10 mins to JCC. There are two bus routes very close to here, about <2mins walk. And the closest T station is the Tufts greenline station but the Davis sq T station is also easily accessible via the bus.

We don't have very strict requirements for the roommates, just that they should be responsible to carry out their share of the chores, and also respectful of the boundaries.
