55+ working mom, professional works from home, and her 48 lb dog, seeking temporary roommate for 3-4 months only move in late August, rent Sept-Dec 2025 available. Two bedrooms in condo, one is furnished for you with use of double size bed, tv and... desk in room. Shared shower/bathroom, kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms. Plenty of Off street parking, if bad weather, parking in driveway permitted. Must be tolerant to dog, security system outside and safe area. Netflix/Laundry/Wifi, Security Alarm, 1st floor/Back yard space, 1 couple above us in condo/very quiet area. Grill and firepit in backyard for use. Wakefield MA 1500 monthly inclusive. (If available to dog sit during any week of any month that I travel, will reduce that rent by $375 for the week if I'm away and/or another person will stay in my room to care for dog.) Housekeeper comes every other week to clean, included in the 1500 inclusive rate.
